ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR



Bianco Professional Association is seeking a full-time administration director. The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience management and human resources in a small organization, with SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification as a plus.

Applicants should possess the ability to plan, organize and control all components of the staffing and human resource allocation (including recruitment, onboarding and team membership) to ensure timely, accurate, and quality execution of related business operations functions. Prepare and maintain all related Human Resource documents, coordinate performance reviews and improvement plans, update and manage the HRIS system, and coordinate training needs. Ability to develop, direct, and coordinate the completion of major assignments/special projects to address unanticipated administrative and operational issues of significance. Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task are required. Candidates must be self-starters with the ability to work both as a part of a team and individually with a high level of activity in a fast-paced environment.
