&lt;p&gt;Virtual Meetings are held from 8:00-9:30 am. We ask that presenters login at 7:45 am to prepare for the meeting start and to send any specific marketing materials to your HRAGC Marketing liaison.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 15px;"&gt;Hybrid Meetings &lt;font color="#333333"&gt;begin at 8:00 am. We ask that presenters arrive by 7:45 am to allow ample time to prepare for your introduction and distribute any specific marketing materials.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Increasing Awareness of Women's Health Challenges During Life Stages (18 Jun 2026)</title>

This program aligns with our program year theme: &lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Creating Connections – Building Bridges … Together.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;The meeting will be held in person at&amp;nbsp;Granite Edvance (fka NHHEAF Network) 3 Barrell Court, Conference Room, Concord NH. Attendees can park anywhere on the property that does not have a designated parking sign and&amp;nbsp;with a virtual alternative through GoToWebinar. &lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 16px;" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;Women’s life changes — such as starting a family, caring for children, aging, or navigating menopause — can significantly influence both individual career trajectories and the broader workplace culture. During a TODAY health segment, Dr. Sharon Malone, OBGYN and chief medical advisor for Alloy Health, provided insight to the key health factors that women should be focusing on in each decade of their life including the preventative measures to consider in your 20s, tests to take in your 40s, and more. She pointed to accessing and understanding family health history, actions and steps to be taken related to fertility, the perimenopausal and menopausal transition, various health screening that should be done, and other considerations for positively managing these changes. Our panel will discuss the implications of women’s life changes in terms of legal considerations, what HR can do to help facilitate education and awareness, and a clinical perspective.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font style="font-size: 16px;" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;Research has shown a correlation between a woman’s career development/path and the level of support from the work environment. The benefits to the workplace are numerous. When employees are educated and aware of strategies to assist their physical well-being, they are more productive and support a high performance workforce. The work culture is more positive and retention is high.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
