HRAGC Impact AwardThe HRAGC Impact award was established to recognize an HRAGC member for their contributions to championing the mission of HRAGC while volunteering their time, contributing their expertise, advancing HRAGC awareness, and serving to engage and develop HR professionals. This is award is presented annually to an individual HRAGC member who is not serving on the HRAGC Board at the time of receiving the award. |
Jaime was an active member of the HRAGC Board from 2012-2015 and served in the capacity of Board Treasurer during that time. As an HRAGC member, she has been a dedicated, active, and vital member of the Finance Committee, and Programs Committee. Jaime has given of her time as a panelist and/or virtual participant for several of our programs. She is always willing to volunteer when asked or when there is a need. Over the years, she has played active and integral roles in the HRAGC strategic planning process sessions. Jaime has been a member of HRAGC for over 18 years. She has been active on committee work and advancing the HR profession through networking, inviting guests to program meetings and events, actively recruiting members, represented the organization at State and Leadership Conferences, and championed the mission of HRAGC.
Jess has been a member of HRAGC for over 13 years. During that time, she has been active on committee work and advancing the HR profession through networking, inviting guests to program meetings and events, actively recruiting members, represented the organization at State and Leadership Conferences, and championed the mission of HRAGC. She is a tireless volunteer and has given of her time and talents. Over the years, she has played active and integral roles in the HRAGC strategic planning process sessions. Jess was an active member of the HRAGC Board from 2016 – 2022 and served in the capacity as Board Treasurer during that time. As an HRAGC member, she has been a dedicated, active, and vital member of the finance committee and the programs committee and currently serves on the leadership development committee. Jess has given of her time as a panelist and/or virtual participant for several of our programs. She is always willing to set up when asked or when there is a need.
Bonnie has been, and continues to be, a tireless volunteer. Over the years, she has played active and integral roles in the HRAGC strategic planning process. During her 25+ years of membership, Bonnie has been active on committees, and sought to advance the HR profession through networking, inviting guests to program meetings and events, actively recruiting members, and representing the organization at State and Leadership conferences. Bonnie served on the HRAGC Board of Directors from 2009-2021; serving in the capacity of Board Secretary for 10 years. She has also been a dedicated, active, and vital member of both the Membership and Programs Committees. Bonnie is always willing to help whenever needed. This volunteer spirit was recognized by our HR State Council of NH in 2021 when Bonnie was awarded their Volunteer of the Year award.
Over the course of her 25+ years of membership, Jen has served on the Board of Directors as Secretary, Membership Committee Chair and been an active member serving on the Leadership Development and Program committees as well as participating in special chapter projects and events. She has mentored many new members and young HR professionals. Recently, one of those young HR professionals credited this member with her being the reason she became so active in HRAGC, participating on committees and now the Board. There is no doubt that Jennifer Iacopino exemplifies the intent of the HRAGC Impact Award. Not only is she an outstanding HR professional, her commitment to advancing her profession, supporting her colleagues, and helping the next generation of HR professionals speaks volumes.
