There is a direct relationship between human relations skills and implicit bias. Understanding how implicit bias may influence decisions, especially those based in business ethics, is integral to the well-being of any organization.

This session will explore implicit bias; what it is, how it manifests itself, and the impact it has on decision making in the work environment. Additionally, the concept of business ethics will be discussed. Utilizing vignettes to illustration examples of implicit bias in ethical decision making will help participants to become more aware of the subtleties of the bias’s influence.

OUTCOMES
