The HR professional is able to develop metrics for assessing the potential opportunities or risks and provide information to senior leadership for enhanced, informed decision making.

Seven Subject Matter Experts will present the top one to two trends in their area of expertise of what HR professionals should be monitoring and why it has significance to their organization. The group will engage in discussion regarding changes to monitor, potential organizational indicators and how COVID-19 context has impacted the approaches.
Essentially, COVID has put the brakes on several of these initiatives while heightening others. As we continue to adapt to new protocols how will these functions look moving forward and what challenges and opportunities will arise in 2022?
