This program aligns with our program year theme: Embracing Innovation and Sustainability. This meeting will be a hybrid; held in person at The NHHEAF Network, 3 Barrell Court (off Regional Drive), Concord with a virtual alternative. DESCRIPTION

You know what IQ and EQ are, but how high is your communication quotient. The ability to build trust is based on a set of skills that most people do naturally, some of the time. The trouble happens when the pressure is on. The disasters occur when conflict arises and low CQ destroys trust. The great news is that everyone can learn to communicate more effectively.
