Setting goals, individually or for an organization, creates our identity. Who we become depends on what we commit to doing in the future. In this interactive workshop best selling author, coach, and trainer Jon Wortmann will teach “Goals Your Way: 7 Tests of a Goal You Actually Achieve.” These practices contribute to the development of organizational strategy and planning. Additionally, they are integral to successful change management and learning and development initiatives. The conclusion of the workshop will be best practices for goal setting when development planning for successors or high potential performers and for teammates who are struggling.
