DESCRIPTION

As AI (Artificial Intelligence) has grown in prominence, there are still many questions, concerns, and issues related to its use in the workplace. Many of the software programs currently in use have AI built in and users are unaware. Part I of this two-part program will take a macro to micro approach that will help to define what AI is and how it is currently being used in the workplace. It will explore some of the challenges currently being experienced, the considerations for international and global organizations, and the import of recognizing what is safe, suspect, and absolutely improper use and integration. Our panelists have a wealth of direct experience with AI in the workplace which will advance participants knowledge and understanding. They will be able to provide a diverse, well-rounded context of the subject matter that will promote discussion and clarification.

OUTCOMES

This program will provide HR professionals with a better understanding of key considerations:

  • Related to the integration of AI in the Workplace and risk management strategies.
  • When utilizing AI as a tool to enhance and advance workplace practices.
  • The import of collaboration with IT when integrating AI in HR solutions to mitigate unintended consequences.
