We are pleased to announce our December program will be Performing Under Pressure. This webinar will feature Jon Wortmann, an international coach and author. This program will be a virtual and aligns with our program year theme: Beyond All Limits.

DESCRIPTION

Best-selling author and coach/trainer Jon Wortmann works with executives and athletes around the world. What do they have in common? Pressure. The best leaders and the best athletes have to perform under pressure. Whether you struggle with presentations, conflict, or important meetings—or maybe you have a sport or theatre hobby you want to be better at—Jon’s workshop will teach you why pressure gets to us and teach the skills that make pressure a privilege.

Pressure impacts our lives professionally as well as personally. When managed positively, it can foster high performance and impact with relationships, effective communication, collaboration and team membership, crisis management, leadership and navigation, organizational change, and many other workplace dynamics.

OUTCOMES

This program will provide HR professionals with a better understanding of:

  • How pressure impacts our performance and strategies to leverage the effect into positive results.
  • Become more aware of when pressure is building and how to manage in a positive manner
  • The impact of pressure on workplace dynamics.
