We are pleased to announce our January program will be Member Appreciation: Workplace Trends for 2025. This webinar will feature five subject matter experts presenting on five key workplace topics with insights that impact every organization This program will be a virtual and aligns with our program year theme: Beyond All Limits. 

DESCRIPTION 

As we continue to move forward, we are reinventing the workplace. Integral to our success is our ability to help identify what external environment trends senior leadership need to be informed of that could have significance to the organization’s sustainability, innovation, and competitive advantage; this ability underscores the strategic value of that HR professional. The HR professional is able to develop metrics for assessing the potential opportunities or risks and provide information to senior leadership for enhanced, informed decision making.

While celebrating our members, HRAGC will be providing high level, strategic insight on the five key areas: Employee & Labor Relations, Workforce Management, Employee Engagement & Retention, Total Rewards/Employee Benefits, and Total Rewards/ESOP. Five Subject Matter Experts will present the top one to two trends in their area of expertise of what HR professionals should be monitoring and why it has significance to their organization. The group will engage in discussion regarding changes to monitor, potential organizational indicators and how this new era of the workplace has impacted the approaches.

OUTCOMES

In this session the participants will be exposed to trends in the workplace that every HR professional should be aware of and be monitoring. Participants will gain

  • A greater ability in recognizing the import of collaboration and coordination in leading and managing change initiatives
  • Heightened understanding that external factors including political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental have significant impact on organizational success
  • Insight in appreciating the import of staying current in the HR profession and be aware of what trends have implications for your organization so that you can provide potential strategies to address any related issues.
  • Enhanced understanding of social trends/social issues and their impact on organizations
