DESCRIPTION

AI is here to stay, but are you ready for the ethical challenges it brings? From hiring to performance management, AI is transforming processes and helping us be more efficient—but without careful oversight, it can introduce bias, erode trust, and create costly compliance and legal troubles. In this session, we’ll tackle the topic of AI and Ethics through group discussion, case studies, best practices, and actionable strategies to help you navigate the use of AI in HR. This is not a lecture—it’s an interactive working session. Led by an AI advisor, we’ll analyze real-world examples of AI recruiting failures and legal cases that exposed hidden risks and discuss the challenges we face as the use of AI becomes more prevalent in our everyday HR priorities.

This session is tailored for HR professionals who want more than surface-level answers. Whether you’re managing recruitment, diversity initiatives, or workforce planning, deepen your understanding of AI and Ethics and why it matters in HR. You will leave with a deeper understanding of AI ethics related to HR, including practical strategies and tactics you can apply immediately.
