DESCRIPTION 

The fast pace at which change is taking place requires effective, factual and data driven information to aid in the decision making process for senior management. It is essential that HR professionals be constantly informed and translate knowledge of current trends in their business and industry into potential opportunities for organizational advancement. HR plays an integral role in facilitating the right workforce to rise to the challenges. Identifying and executing strategies for developing a high performance workforce is critical.  The process of fostering collaboration, cooperation, coordination, and strong communication strategies along with current, accurate data are essential to gaining senior leadership support and confidence. Participants will explore the import of utilizing the business case approach to gaining support for new and enhanced initiatives.

OUTCOMES

This program will provide HR professionals with a better understanding of:

  • Gathering and analyzing data to support the business case.
  • Strategies to identify and design creative solutions for the organization.
  • The role of relationship building, effective communications, and influencing senior leadership through thoughtful, deliberate business case approach.
