We are pleased to announce our December program will be Effective Work Team Strategies. This webinar will feature Jon Wortmann, an international coach and author. This program will be a virtual and aligns with our program year theme: Creating Connections – Building Bridges…Together. 

DESCRIPTION 

Effective work team strategies start with crystal clear values, vision, goals, and strategies. The fundamentals of simplified strategic planning give every team a blueprint for working well together. You have to know where you are going to enjoy the work and know when to pivot. Understanding each other’s roles and personalities is the next step. The right team doing the right work is still table stakes for impactful results. The third key action is measurement. A team needs to know what good looks like and keep track regularly. Finally, great teams problem solve really well together. This workshop will offer participants simple actions they can take in each key area and leave with the right questions to bring back to their organization to drive progress.
