DESCRIPTION
Building on the momentum from April’s session, this follow‑up presentation dives deeper into the practical, real‑world applications of AI for HR professionals. Nathan will introduce a new set of impactful prompt examples tailored to the everyday challenges HR teams face—from crafting communications and policies to supporting talent development and employee relations. This session is designed especially for the small‑and‑mighty HR departments that juggle recruiting, onboarding, compliance, engagement, analytics, and everything in between. Participants will explore how AI can function as a reliable HR assistant, helping streamline routine tasks, expand capacity, and reduce the mental load that comes with wearing many hats.
The session will also expand into analytical uses of AI, demonstrating how HR teams can leverage AI to interpret trends, surface insights, and make data‑driven decisions with greater confidence and speed. Participants will walk away with fresh tools, new techniques, and a clearer understanding of how AI can amplify their effectiveness across every corner of the HR function.
